(Nasdaq: APWR | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating) ("A-Power" or "the Company"), a leading provider of distributed power generation ("DG") systems in China and a fast-growing manufacturer of wind turbines, today announced that the Company filed its annual report on Form 20-F for the year ended December 31, 2008 with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission on June 30, 2009. The annual report can be accessed on the Company's investor relations Website at http://investor.apowerenergy.com/sec.cfm . The Company will provide a hard copy of its audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2008, free of charge, to its shareholders upon request.
