NOTICE TEXT: Department of the Air Force Air Education and Training Command Keesler AFB, 81st Contracting Squadron This is a proposed sole source acquisition for the Medtronic Sprint Quattro Secure used to place Implantable Cardiac Defibrillator at Keesler Air Force Base's Medical Center. The solicitation will be posted to http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or about 2 July 2009. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 339113 and the small business standard is 500 employees. The government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from FedBizOpps, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. All prospective offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registry (CCR) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at http://www.ccr.gov. See numbered note 22.
