AK Steel reports USD75 per ton surcharge for electrical steel products

(NYSE:AKS) declared on Wednesday that a USD75 per ton surcharge will be
added to invoices for electrical and stainless steels products shipped
in August 2009.
The company stated that the surcharges are based on reported prices for
raw materials and energy used to manufacture the products.
