MetLife Schedules Conference Call to Discuss 2Q 2009 Results

Jul 02, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- MET | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- MetLife, Inc. will hold its second quarter 2009 earnings conference call and audio Webcast on Friday, July 31, from 8 to 9 a.m. (ET).

In a release, the company noted event details:

This will follow MetLife's issuance of its second quarter earnings press release on Thursday, July 30, after the market closes. The press release will also be available on the MetLife Investor Relations Web page at metlife.com.

The conference call will be available live via telephone and the Internet. To listen over the telephone, dial (651) 291-0900 (domestic and international callers). To listen to the conference call over the Internet, visit metlife.com (through a link on the Investor Relations page). Those who want to listen to the call on the telephone or via the Internet should dial in or go to the Web site at least fifteen minutes prior to the call to register, and/or download and install any necessary audio software.

The conference call will be available for replay via telephone and the Internet beginning at 10 a.m. (ET) on Friday, July 31, until Friday, August 7, at 11:59 p.m. (ET).
