The order was made by the court's deputy registrar following an application by Deepa Verma Jivram, the Translink lawyer.
"The Johnson and Johnson consignment is at the Jinja inland container depot and is about to be cleared," the order reads in part.
Translink sued White Showman seeking orders to permanently stop it from importing Johnson and Johnson powder products saying it has the sole rights to import and distribute the goods in Uganda.
Also, Translink is seeking an order to destroy the Johnson and Johnson consignments that were imported by White Showman, which are in URA's stores at Jinja and elsewhere at the custom's entry points.
