Southwest California Legislative Council (SWCLC) chose this month's recipient of the recognition. The SWCLC is a coalition of the Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore, Menifee and Wildomar Chambers of Commerce. The mission of the SWCLC is to provide a basis for the five chambers of commerce to act on local, state and federal government issues to secure a favorable and profitable business climate for the region. Mrs. Sparkman served as 2006 Chair and currently serves as a voting member of the Southwest California Legislative Council as a representative of the Bank and TVCC.
