During the segment, Boroditsky discusses Passlogix's direct competition from companies like IBM, CA and Novell. He attributes Passlogix's growth, with nearly doubled revenues in the past two years, to the role customer service plays in swaying customers away from large companies.
"The thing about small companies that's different than big companies is that you can't hide," said Boroditsky, referring to the advantages small companies have when it comes to customer support. "So, the bottom line is the problems become very visible very quickly. If you are prepared to deal with them, it's possible for you to be a lot more successful than big companies."
Passlogix is a provider of the v-GO Access Accelerator Suite, a set of single sign-on, authentication and provisioning solutions that includes the market's enterprise single sign-on (ESSO) solution.
