The board appointed Michele Sanders as a new assistant principal at Western Oaks Middle School and Ronda Hamilton as an assistant principal at Hilldale Elementary.
Last year, Sanders served as an administrative assistant at Western Oaks and Capps middle schools. Before working in Putnam City, Sanders worked as a counselor and as an English teacher for 10 years in the Ardmore School District.
Hamilton has worked as an administrator the past five years for the Oklahoma City School District. Before that, she served as a classroom teacher for 24 years.
