Mr Medran will be replaced by Sotiris Marinidis, who was previously the managing director of Procter & Gamble (P&G) Ukraine.
Mr Medran started working with the company in 1986 as an assistant brand manager for P&G's subsidiary in Neuilly, France. He was appointed as brand manager in Istanbul, Turkey in 1991. Since 2000 he has been the head for the company's marketing operations, personnel planning and strategic planning for CEMEA.
