Mr. Arkfeld has eleven years experience in medical recruiting and has expanded professional placements in key healthcare segments including nursing, radiology, oncology, respiratory, laboratory, rehabilitation and occupational therapy.
Prior to joining Titan, Mr. Arkfeld was National Manager Direct Hire Operations C & A Industries, Omaha, NE. In this position, Mr. Arkfeld spearheaded the efforts of C & A's Medical Divisions in recruiting and placing permanent medical staff with leading healthcare facilities across the U.S.

Mr. Arkfeld also serves as a Den Leader for Boy Scouts of America and serves on the Alumni Board of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity at Creighton University.
