TEVA | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Teva Pharmaceutical Industries announced that further to its press release dated July 1, Teva and Ortho McNeil Janssen have agreed to cease shipments of generic versions of Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo, pending a preliminary injunction hearing in the related patent infringement case which is scheduled to begin on July 15, at 9:30 a.m.

Teva Pharmaceutical Industries, headquartered in Israel, is a pharmaceutical company. It develops, manufactures and markets generic and advanced human pharmaceuticals and active pharmaceutical ingredients, as well as animal health pharmaceutical product
