Landkom enters into biodiesel agreement with Sunfuel in Ukraine

declared on Monday that the company has entered into an initial
cooperation agreement with biofuelsAcompany SunfuelAUkraineALLCA
covering the sale, processing and developmentAofAa newAnon-edibleAoil
seed variant for biodiesel, Isis.

The companies say they haveAjointly tested Isis inAUkraine, Europe
andASouth AfricaAwith leading universities and commercial fuel
companies andAareAnowAplanning to commercialiseAthe seed.

Under the agreement Ukrainian-basedALandkomAwillAcontributeAthe land
and agricultural production resources to grow and harvest the seeds.
SunfuelAwillAinvest in the fuel processing facilities at Landkom's
operations in Dobrosyn in Western Ukraine.A

Landkom and Sunfuel plan to formalise aAfurther cooperation agreement
to extend the working relationship between the two companies.
