The 28 employees at the Lexington warehouse will be eligible for positions in Robbinsville or Stanleytown, Va. The Lexington warehouse is expected to close by the end of the year, and the move should improve annual operating income by about $1.3 million starting in 2010, the company stated in a news release.
Stanley also reported quarterly net sales of $42.3 million, down 28.4 percent from the second quarter of 2008.
