The investor presentation by S.Y. Bancorp is scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m. E.T. on Tuesday, July 28, 2009, and management's remarks will be available to investors via a live webcast. The Company's slide presentation will be posted to the investor section of the Company's website, www.syb.com, prior to the event, along with a link to the webcast, which will be available for replay for a period of 60 days.
Louisville, Kentucky-based S.Y. Bancorp, Inc., with $1.6 billion in assets, was incorporated in 1988 as a bank holding company. It is the parent company of Stock Yards Bank & Trust Company, which was established in 1904. The Company's common shares trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol SYBT. The trust preferred securities of S.Y. Bancorp Capital Trust II also trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol SYBTP.
