Cormark may, depending on market and other conditions, on an individual or joint basis, increase or decrease its beneficial ownership of common shares of Santoy, whether in the open market, by privately negotiated agreements, or otherwise.
Santoy Resources is changing its name to Virginia Energy Resources Inc. and consolidating its shares on a five (5) old for one (1) new share with effect as of July 24, 2009.
