Omtool Ltd is a provider of document capture and handling solutions.
The AccuRoute solution is available to the Ricoh Channel through the Ricoh Independent Solutions Vendor Program (RiSVP). No pricing details were disclosed.
According to Ricoh, Omtool's AccuRoute streamlines the capture, conversion, communication and archiving of paper and electronic documents into enterprise information management systems, including integrated fax server capabilities.
Using Ricoh multi-functional products (MFPs), the server-based document capture and handling platform is designed to provide fast, secure document distribution to multiple destinations in multiple formats, simultaneously with one scan.
Ricoh Americas Corporation is a subsidiary of Ricoh Company Ltd.
