NOTICE TEXT: Department of the Navy Naval Facilities Engineering Command NAVFAC Washington, PWD North Potomac "THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY". THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILBLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER 8(A) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT, VARIOUS LOCATION,NAVFAC WASHINGTONThis is an 8(a) competitive procurement to Grunley/ Goel JV LCC (N62477-06-D-0004), FEMCO, Inc. (N62477-06-D-0499), Donley-Kirlin JV (N62477-06-D-0498), and GDI/ Allen & Shariff JV (N62477-06-D-0500) Title: RESTORE MEDICAL WAREHOUSES The intent of this project is to demolish and remove all materials, fixtures & systems, leaving the structural steel and concrete slab intact on warehouses 149 & 203 and all incidental related work. Performance period is estimated at 135 calendar days from date of award. The North American Classification System Code for this project is 236220. The RFP will be sent to NAVFAC Washington's 8(a) MACC Contractors Grunley/ Goel JW LCC, FEMCO, Inc., Donley-Kirlin JV, and GDI/ Allen & Shariff JV. The estimated date for release of the RFP is 23 July 2009. The time for receipt of proposals will be provided in the solicitation notice.
