Technology Integration Group (TIG) will replace a 12-year old character-based ERP system from Forte with the Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1.
The company plans to deploy Oracle's customer relationship management (CRM), financials, projects, channel revenue management and supply chain management (SCM) applications as well as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition. The company will also deploy Oracle CRM On Demand.
