Final Drill Permits Received for New Dimension's Reese River Silver Project, Nevada

subsidiary Dimension Resources (USA) Inc. (the "Company" or "New
Dimension") and International Minerals Corp. (TSX: IMZ | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating)
("International Minerals") are pleased to announce that final permits
have been received from the U.S. Forest Service to commence a 2,000
metre Phase I reverse circulation drill program at the Company's
Reese River silver project (the "Property" or "Reese River"), in
Nevada.

Road construction and drill site preparation has started, with
drilling expected to commence within the third week of August.

The drill program at Reese River is being funded 100% by
International Minerals under an agreement whereby it can earn an
initial 60% interest by completing US$1.0 million in exploration
expenditures and maintaining the underlying property obligations over
a four year period. Exploration activities will be carried out by New
Dimension with oversight by International Minerals.
