Mr. Carson, experienced in all aspects of renewable energy financing transactions, previously held Senior Vice President positions at GE Energy Financial Services and most recently, at Terra-Gen Power. As SVP, Project Finance, Mr. Carson will be responsible for overseeing the debt and equity financing of Noble's project portfolios and maintaining relationships with the company's lenders and tax equity investors. Mr. Carson holds a Master's of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science degree from Purdue University.
