Elias Alonzo-Vasquez, 40, was taken to St. Catherine Hospital this morning with unknown injuries. According to the Finney County Sheriff's report, Vasquez already was on a stretcher in the nurse's area of Tyson when a deputy arrived at 5:55 a.m. The report states that Vasquez climbed a ladder and slipped. There were no witnesses to the incident.
Vasquez was going to be taken this morning to Via Christi Regional Medical Center in Wichita for further treatment.
