The Fund will make its third quarter 2009 dividend distribution as previously scheduled on September 30, 2009. The change from quarterly distributions to monthly distributions will take effect in October 2009, with the first monthly dividend payable date occurring on October 30, 2009. Dividend distributions will occur monthly thereafter.
The Fund's investment objective of seeking income while preserving capital through investing in a diversified portfolio consisting primarily of high quality debt securities has not changed. The amount of dividends paid by the Fund may vary from time to time. Past amounts of dividends are no guarantee of future dividend payment amounts.
