Monday that the company has hired Peter Williams as vice president,
business development.

Most recently, Williams served as senior director of business
development at Alnylam Pharmaceuticals Inc.

Williams reportedly brings to the company over 20 years of business
development, deal negotiation and technology in- and out-licensing
experience.
