NOTICE TEXT: Department of the Army U.S. Army Corps of Engineers U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Detroit W911XK-09-T-0099- Government Corel Word Perfect (40ea) and Misc Lexmark items This is combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W911XK-09-T-0099 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-23. The NAICS is 334119, and the acquisition is being solicited as Small Business (SB) Set-Aside. Line item and Specifications as well as the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) are included in the attached solicitation. The successful offeror MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Program @ www.ccr.gov and https://ora.bpn.gov Offers are due no later than 02:00P.M., 24 August 2009, eastern/local time.
