Aug 18, 2009 (Datamonitor Financial Deals Tracker via COMTEX) -- RAH | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Ralcorp Holdings, Inc., a US-based producer of private label food products, has completed its offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.625% senior notes due 2039 in a private placement.

Announcement (August 11, 2009):

Ralcorp Holdings has priced its offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 6.62% senior notes due 2039 in a private placement transaction.

The notes are priced at 99.7% of par value. The offering is expected to close on August 14, 2009.

Earlier on the same day, Ralcorp Holdings intended to offer its senior notes to certain qualified institutional buyers.
