Over 1,000 enthusiastic prospective buyers, their families and friends filled one of the large ballrooms at the Hilton Pasadena Hotel to bid on the condominiums being sold at auction in order to get a piece of downtown Pasadena in the form of a sleek modern loft-style Home.
The Dalton, originally priced from $349,000 to $779,000 features 55 stylish loft and 2-bedroom condominiums ranging in size from 654 to 1,721 square feet, with spacious terraces. Led by Kennedy Wilson auctioneer Dean Cullum, the bidding was very competitive and all properties sold in just over 1 1/2 hours.
