NOTICE TEXT: Department of the Army Defense Contracting Command-Washington Contracting Center of Excellence, Army Contracting Agency (ACA) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement will be a 100% small business set aside (NAICS: 423430, size standard 5000). Responses should be quoted in accordance with the attached specifications. The following provisions are applicable to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (note: as of 1 January 2005, offerors are required to enter their representations and certifications on line at http://orca.bpn.gov); FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, with the following evaluation criteria: (include evaluation criteria) OR describe evaluation procedures to be used; DFARS 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (if over simplified acquisition threshold); (Add any other provisions relevant to this acquisition, including the appropriate provisions from DFARS 225).
