This was an improvement over a net loss of USD0.965m in the second quarter of fiscal 2009.
Adjusted EBITDA net income for Q2 was USD1.5m as compared with USD0.215m in the corresponding period in the prior year, representing a growth of 595%.
Revenues for the quarter totalled USD9.9m, a 5% decrease over USD10.5m in the second quarter of the prior year.
