Four years ago, US Cellular partnered with Synygy to automate a portion of its sales compensation management (SCM) processes and to assume responsibility for the ongoing processing of the sales incentive compensation for 2,200 of the company's associates and agent-channel representatives.
The expansion project adds some 1,600 participants to the work that Synygy is doing, including US Cellular's sales management team and direct-channel representatives.
Jim Holmes, senior director of sales operations at US Cellular, said: "We value our partnership with Synygy. Their solutions offer us flexibility and free-up time spent on administrative tasks so that our associates can remain focused on serving our customers."
