The Philadelphia-based real estate firm Binswanger is marketing the West Knoxville property that fronts on Interstate 40.
Michael Reid, of Binswanger's Atlanta office, said in an e-mail: "We have seen numerous inquiries from potential buyers and tenants, although the market remains somewhat slow as we pull through this recession."
