The meeting will start at 9 a.m. at the Raymond Frye Complex, 320 N. Jefferson.
The seven-member board will receive a presentation from the Kansas Lottery about the contract approved last week by the lottery commission for the casino, which would be located at the Mulvane exit off the Kansas Turnpike.
The board also will hear from the applicants and take public comment.
The review board will meet Oct. 26 and 27 in Topeka to receive reports from consultants about that proposal and two for Wyandotte County.
The board will make its final decisions on both counties at meetings Dec. 1 and 2 in Topeka.
