Energy Transfer Partners completes 160 miles Texas Independence Pipeline

assets Energy Transfer Partners LP (NYSE:ETP) disclosed on Monday the
completion of new 160 miles of natural gas Texas Independence Pipeline,
which increases its take away capacity by 1.1bn cu ft per day in Texas.

The 42-inch natural gas pipeline connects the Partnership's central and
north Texas infrastructure to its east Texas pipeline network, carrying
gas from the Bossier and Barnett Shale natural gas resource plays in
east and north central Texas. The company mentioned that the pipeline
may be expanded to carry natural gas volumes of over 1.75 bn cu ft per
day.

Additionally, the company announced the Rulison expansion project to
increase the capacity of its South Parachute - Rifle pipeline system,
to create a new outlet for producers to access the Meeker processing
plant at the White River Hub.

The Rulison pipeline will add over 70m cu ft per day of capacity at
first with an expansion potential to over 200m cu ft per day in the
future, Partnership stated.
