Sampling conducted by the State of Alaska and results compiled by University of Alaska over a 1,000 square mile (2,600 square kilometers) area around Livengood show an extreme clustering starting at the southerly base of Select's claim block, crossing the Trans Alaska Pipeline corridor, and extending onto the ITH claim block where ITH has so far announced drill results of 4.04 million indicated ounces and 3.55 million inferred ounces. "These data represent the best 5% of all the values from all of the sampling over an area of 1,000 square miles (2,600 square kilometers). The clustering is the most impressive in my 31 year career, and the distribution on Select's new property position is considerably greater than that occurring on ITH's property. By coupling these results with independent sampling and drilling by various university teams and mining companies, and with the work done by Select, we were able to identify at least seven major drill targets on our claim block. One of these targets was drilled by Asarco in 1989/90, and intersected lengthy near-surface minable grade intercepts. The collective effect of this information has been to further our discussions with joint venture candidates to develop our Shorty Creek prospect at Livengood. Since it is accessible year around we could be drilling this winter if we make a deal," said James G. Bush, Select president. "In the near future as we revamp our website, we will be posting these and other compelling data so our shareholders can log in and see for themselves while we model the data to be NI43-101 compliant for Canadian industry standards," said Bush. "Along with a presentation on our oil development program in the Oxnard, California oilfield we will be showing these new maps to selected parties interested in this major gold play both in Vancouver, Canada and at the Rodman and Renshaw Conference in New York City next week as we believe this data contributes to a significant increase in our share value," said F.
