    -- Robert W. Baird & Co., Inc. Health Care Conference, to be held
       September 9-10, 2009 at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City.
       Management will present at 2:15 pm ET on September 9, 2009 and meet
       with institutional investors throughout the day. A live webcast will be

    -- Morgan Stanley Healthcare Corporate Day, to be held September 11, 2009

       panel discussion entitled, "China Pharma/Biotech Panel," scheduled from
       1:05-2:10 pm Beijing Time on September 16, 2009. In addition,
       Management will present at 3:25 pm Beijing Time on September 16, 2009
       and will meet with institutional investors throughout the day.
