China Sky One Medical Schedules Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Sep 05, 2009 (Close-Up Media via COMTEX) -- CSKI | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- China Sky One Medical, a pharmaceutical company producing over-the-counter drugs in the People's Republic of China (PRC), announced that the Company's 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Thurs., Sept. 24, at Harbin Shen Te Hotel which is in close proximity to the Company's headquarters in Harbin, China.

The proxy materials and annual report on Form 10-K are available on the Company's website cski.com.cn.

The time and venue of China Sky One Medical's Annual Meeting are as follows:

Date: Thursday, September 24,

Time: 9:30 am (Beijing Time)

Venue: No. 58, Gan Shui Road, Nangang District, Harbin,

At the annual meeting, the company noted, the following two proposals will be submitted for shareholders' approval, fully described in the Proxy Statement issued on Aug. 26.

1. To elect seven (7) directors, as described in the Proxy Statement; and

2. To transact such other business as may properly come before the

Annual Meeting.

China Sky One Medical's executives will provide an investor presentation to discuss the Company's growth strategy, business outlook and financial performance, according to a release.

China Sky One Medical, Inc., a Nevada corporation, is a holding company that engages in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of pharmaceutical, medicinal and diagnostic products.
