In the leadership position, Cassidy will direct the expansion of QuadraMed's HIM services business and lead QuadraMed's team of HIM Consultants.

In a release, the Company noted that its HIM Consulting Services help customers optimize the value of their IT investments throughout the continuum of care, while preparing for upcoming ICD-10 requirements.
Bonnie Cassidy has more than 20 years of executive experience in healthcare management and consulting with expertise in HIM process improvement and e-HIM transformation, as well as revenue cycle management, coding and clinical documentation improvement. A thought leader in healthcare IT, Cassidy is the President-Elect of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA), and will serve on its board for a three-year term. As AHIMA's 2011 President, Cassidy will chair the board of directors, which governs the association, sets strategy, budget and maintains fiduciary oversight. Cassidy is a Fellow of the AHIMA and of HIMSS and is a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA).

Prior to QuadraMed, Cassidy held strategic roles at the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology (CCHIT) in certification development and program delivery. Prior to serving CCHIT, Cassidy held executive and senior-level positions at Precyse Solutions, The North Highland Company and Ernst and Young.
