The company, which was bought via the Czech subsidiary Atlas Copco sro, will be integrated in the Swedish group's division Compressor Technique Service.
Via the acquisition, Atlas Copco expects to raise its sales of compressed air equipment and aftermarket products in northern Moravia, which is an important industrial centre in the Czech Republic.
