NOTICE TEXT: Department of the Air Force United States Air Force Europe 700 CONS The U.S. Government has the need to purchase Raptor 4x Night Vision Scopes for delivery to 569 USFPS, Kaiserslautern, Germany. This is an or-equal oppertunity. NOTE 1: This Request is for planning purpose only. Purchase is subject of availability of funds. Prices must be available until 30 Sep 2009. NOTE 2: In addition, the offeror is required to provide a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation. This includes product literature, or other documents, as necessary. NOTE 3: The offeror shall submit the commercial product they have most closely matches the requirement listed in the schedule. Multiple offers from the same source are acceptable. AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE LOWEST OFFERER TECHNICAL ACCEPTABLE. IAW DFAR 252.225-7041 ALL CORRESPONDENCE IN ENGLISH. QUOTES NOT IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED. IN REFERENCE TO AFFARS 5325.1002 USE OF FOREIGN CURRENCY. SUBMISSION OF OFFERS IN OTHER THAN UNITED STATES CURRENCY, WHEN OFFERS ARE GIVEN A CHOICE OF SUBMITTING OFFERS IN UNITED STATES DOLLARS OR IN A CURRENCY OTHER THAN UNITED STATES DOLLARS.
