This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005.26. This acquisition is unrestricted and all responsible sources may submit a quotation under NAICS code 339112 and the business size standard is 500. The requirements in this solicitation are: CLIN 0001, QTY 4 EA, Monitor Vital signs with built in printer # V9204, Stand roll # 3387, data logger computer interface # WWW9220SYS, Manuals (2 service and technician) MFG SURGIVET (SMITHS MEDICAL CRITICAL CARE) SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: SurgiVet Advisor Multi-Parameter Veterinary Monitor, advisor, roll stand and advisor data logger is the only known business that provide veterinary specific features that assist in monitoring patients under general anesthesia for complications and only credited monitoring system. UFR Clause: 52.212-2 EVALUATION--COMMERCIAL ITEMS (JAN 1999) EVALUATION OF QUOTES a. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible contractor whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA).
