Mission Pharmacal acquires prenatal vitamins from Warner Chilcott

Sep 11, 2009 (Datamonitor via COMTEX) -- WCRX | Quote | Chart | News | PowerRating -- Mission Pharmacal Company has acquired the US prescription prenatal vitamins NataFort and NataChew and related US patents from Warner Chilcott Company, LLC and Warner Chilcott US, LLC, subsidiaries of Warner Chilcott.

NataFort is a prenatal multivitamin tablet with two types of iron. It improves the nutritional status of women prior to conception and provides vitamin and mineral supplementation throughout pregnancy and during the postnatal period for both the lactating and non-lactating mother.

NataChew is a chewable prenatal multivitamin tablet with iron. It improves the nutritional status of women prior to conception and provides vitamin and mineral supplementation throughout pregnancy and during the postnatal period for both the lactating and non-lactating mother.
