Allen, CEO of Gaming Operations for the Seminole Tribe of Florida, has built the Seminole gaming enterprise into one of the world's most profitable and respected casino companies. Among other duties, Allen oversees the Seminoles' seven casinos in Florida, including the flagship Seminole Hard Rock gaming resorts in Hollywood and Tampa. He has been instrumental in the tribe's ongoing compact negotiations with the State of Florida. McDowell, President and Chief Operating Officer of Isle of Capri Casinos, is the only female president among the top 10 publicly traded gaming companies. McDowell joined Isle of Capri more than two years ago after holding senior executive positions with Trump Entertainment Resorts and Argosy Gaming.
