put up for sale, knowledgeable sources told UK daily The Times on
Sunday.
Noble Energy reportedly wants to sell its European arm, with holdings
in 12 fields, for USD350m and has appointed Scotia Waterous to manage
the transaction.
Market sources also named Canadian players Nexen (TSE: NXY) and
Talisman Energy (TSE: TLM) among the possible suitors for Nobles
Energy's assets, The Times said.
