He was formerly the company's president and chief operating officer. Glines replaces former CEO Richard Urrea, who stepped down to pursue other interests. He will continue to periodically consult with the company, according to Nexicon. Glines joined Nexicon in June, 2008, and has since led the company's business development, operational, marketing and day-to-day management.
