At the meeting, a proposal for the election of seven directors to serve until the AMS in 2010 was approved by a majority of shares outstanding and entitled to vote, by proxy or in person. Specifically, shareholders elected Mr. Yan-qing Liu, Ms. Xiao-yan Han, Mr. Yu-bo Hao, Mr. Chun-fang Song, Ms. Xu-feng Qian, Mr. Jie Zhao, and Mr. William Wei Lee as members of the Board of Directors of the Company.
