Mr. Ward will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including oversight of Equipment Sales and Technical Training. Mr. Ward, formerly President of Award Specialty Services of Suburban Atlanta, has been in the Polyurethane Foam and Coatings business for more than 25 years, and brings a wealth of personal knowledge and contacts to the Paradigm Polymers' family of companies.
Mr. Ward's first weeks have been productive ones. He has established the Regional Sales program and seated two Regional Sales Managers. In addition, an advanced advertising and recruiting program is now operating under Mr. Ward's supervision. This program will culminate with the hiring of 5 more Regional Sales Managers at well as at least 20 Sales Agents and 10 Technicians. Mr. Ward will work out of Paradigm's Macon Georgia office.
AMNE would like to clarify some information regarding its transaction with Ecosafe Insulation of Florida, LLC, ("ECOFL") AMNE is not completing or contemplating a reverse merger, the Company is not changing its stock symbol, nor is it contemplating a reverse stock split, which would be counterproductive to the forward split it just completed. AMNE is merely entering into a business transaction that would entitle the Company to 50% of ECOFL. AMNE felt it would be more beneficial to become partners and oversee how Ecosafe Foam and Infinite R are marketed rather than just being a supplier.
