This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation #F3QCCL9245A001 is a Request for Quote and is 100% set aside for Small Business. Prior to award of any DOD contracts, offerors must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and On-Line Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) at www.bpn.gov. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-02 dated 23 MAR 05. NAICS Code 541519 Place of Performance/FOB: Robins AFB, GA. Solicitation is to procure a firm fixed price contract for non-personal services for REPAIR AND UPDATE OF DATA DOMAIN HARDWARE in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Equipment List, Services shall be performed by an authorized service provider/partner and proof shall be submitted with quotations. Period of performance - Date of award through 12 months with options to extend the term of the contract for four additional one year periods.
