The former land lot covers a total area of 91,360 square meters. If the amount for the deal is divided by its floor area of CNY 182,720 square meters, the unit price will stand at CNY 6,300 per square meter.
The latter land lot, with a total area of 157,300 square meters, is expected to have a floor area of not more than 283,200 square meters, and its unit price will be approximately 8,617.34 per square meter.
Meanwhile, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Capital Development Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600376) gained the usufruct of a residence-targeted land lot with a floor area of 181,643 square meters in Yangzhou, a fast-growing eastern city, for CNY 782.88 million.
A firm wholly controlled by China Enterprise Co., Ltd. (SHSE: 600675) won the usufruct of a 102,246-square-meter land lot in Baoshan District, Shanghai for CNY 1.39995 billion.
