The dividend will be paid on 2 November 2009 to shareholders of record as of 16 October 2009.
UDR's board also approved a regular quarterly dividend of USD0.3322 per share on its Series E preferred stock for the third quarter of 2009. This will be paid on 2 November 2009 to shareholders of record as of 16 October 2009.
Additionally, a regular quarterly dividend of USD0.421875 per share of Series G preferred stock was announced for the period of 30 July to 30 October 2009. This dividend will be paid on 30 October 2009 to shareholders of record as of 16 October 2009.
