This is down from net profit of USD5.6m (USD0.12 fully diluted earnings per share) in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008.
Gross profit in the fourth quarter was USD2.3m, a fall of 57.9% from gross profit of USD5.5m in the fourth quarter last year.
The fourth quarter fiscal 2009 revenue was reported at USD25.7m, a decline of 9.9% from USD28.6m in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2008.
The company said that 2009 fourth quarter revenue benefited from a USD3.2m subcontracting order, which represented 14.8% of total sales for the quarter.
