The second agreement is with Beijing E-Maxdent Company, covering primarily the northern provinces and municipalities of Beijing, Gansu, Hebei, Heilongjian, Jilin, Liaoning, Qinghai, Shaanxi, Tianjin, Nei Mongol, Ningxia, Tibet and Xinjiang.
